    I just replaced my rear tire on my 82 XJ1100J and noticed I need the rear wheel cylindrical bearing (Yamaha #93313-62010-00) but the local Yamaha dealer teels me that it is discontinued.

    Any suggestions?

    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm not sure which bearing is which, so I'm just posting everything in that section of his price list.

    XJ1100 rear wheel bearings and seals:

    HCP1836 OEM rear wheel BEARING, use one on the right side of the wheel, for all XJ1100 models.
    $ 12.95

    HCP1837 OEM rear wheel BEARING, use one on the left side of the wheel, for all XJ1100 models.
    $ 49.00

    HCP4755 OEM rear wheel right side bearing OIL SEAL, use one. This seal goes on the outer face of the HCP1836 wheel bearing listed above. For XJ1100 models.
    $ 6.95

    HCP4756 OEM rear wheel left side bearing OIL SEAL, use one. This seal goes on the outer face of the HCP1837 wheel bearing listed above. For XJ1100 models.
    $ 6.95

    HCP4784 OEM rear wheel left side bearing and hub DUST BOOT, use one. For XJ1100 models.
    $ 7.95

    Look on the Bearing you need to replace for its SIZE Number. It should Laser-cut and engraved on the Outside Diameter of the Race.

    Finding that Bearing in the aftermarket should be EASY if you call a Bearing Supply Outlet and tell them the SIZE you need.

    Many Bearings used on the XJ-Bike -- (Wheels, steering, swing and rear-end) -- are an Industrial Standard Size and are available OUTSIDE of motorcycle Dealerships and Motorcycle Shops at Bearing Supply Outlets.

    Cash and carry from an Outlet will save you a great deal over buying at a shop.

    You also will probably need #90387-20541-00 COLLAR, which is also the inner race. Also discontinued.

    If Chacal can't help you out take the two parts to the local bearing supply place and see what they can do for you. I believe the seal runs on the collar, so you'll might need a seal from them to fit the setup you end up with.
