There is more than just length involved there is something called "clocking" which involves not only the actual ANGLE (straight, 45 degrees, 90 degrees, etc.,) of the end fittings but also their ROTATIONAL orientation compared to the other end. This is very important with stainless lines because they do not twist or flex as readily as rubber lines. As a result, pretty much all the companies producing SS lines offer application-specific "kits" for a particular bike.

I carry both the original style rubber lines and correct-fit braided stainless steel lines designed specifically for all different XJ-series bikes, please see the list in my Parts For Sale section!

And yes, they are all clocked correctly since they were patterned and test-fitted directly onto original bikes!

And yes.......I also ship to Puerto Rico!!!

...and after he does and you get the lines, here's how you can install them.

I went with the stainless, myself.
