Anybody know a simple way to revmove those star washer like fasteners, that hold the inner plastic piece to the posts on the outer aluminum shell, without damaging the plastic?

    Thanks in advance,
    Christopher.

I pried up on them slightly, then twisted it off, like I would a nut off a bolt. That was, I was still able to put the washer back on when I was finished.
