help no brakes

    i have a 82 XJ750RJ and i have no front brakes. i would like to know if i could put the master cilander off of a ninja 600 on my bike. worried it will not be able to operate the dual dick brakes?

    It can be tricky fitting parts from different models, but different manufacturers, I don't think so, if it was a rear light, ok, but you can't take chances with your front brakes. Get a replacement off the bay, or Chacal & feel safe.

    What is wrong with the old one? A rebuild kit is around 25$
