    I was told the bike I bought was a 81 XJ750RH . But the registration says that it's a 81 SJ750RHR. What's the difference? Can anyone tell me?

    Could be a typo. there are several Vin interpretation articles on the site. Look up your Vin or post it here and we can figure it out.

    Thank you both for the info. If either of you are in the Atlanta area on a ride anytime in the future let me know. I would be proud to ride along side. Just a few more things before I'm road ready. New hanldebars and stuff like that. I bought it after it was laid down. So sad the condition. She's almost there!!!!
