today i was at the DMV to get a one day operating permit to go see the CHP for a VIN verification and i finely took the bike to the freeway it pulls hard runs very smooth but at 6000 rpm it feels like it bogs down and i cant get any higher RPM im thinking that it can be the 4 INTO 1 exhaust because it allows more air flow i don't have it jetted either

Why don't you pull the plugs and post here. We can let you know what we think. Maybe lean condition or starving for fuel.

Have you got an in-line fuel filter fitted? check the flow rate.

Were you wide open with the throttle or just slowly adding gas??? If you were WFO, you might want to check the jetting. If its the other than it might be ignition maybe weak spark?? But to me a 97.5 main jet seems awfully small?? On my seca 550 that is built I think I am running 132.5's in there. But that is a 652 pistion kit with air filters and a 4 into one. Ran great the last time I had it running 10 years ago... Wish the economy would improve so I could toss some money at that bike!!!

I thought jet size sounded small too.
Stock is 97.5 main 30 pilot.

Don't forget he's running a Radian, not an XJ folks.
Steve, you need to mention these things...
You might also try posting in the Other Motorcycle forum.
What shape is the air filter in? I know you replaced it, was it a Uni or K&N? Is it possible you over-serviced it with oil? Air restriction will cause this issue.
You also might try putting the 2-to-4 exhaust back on it and see where you end up.
