A lot of us on this forum have problems with the headers which get rusted or discoloured due to the age (and other reasons) of these bikes. Is there anyone out there who makes new headers for the XJ bikes? Any websites?

SOME headpipes for SOME models are still available, believe it or not. The problem is, even if you find them, they generally run just over $100 EACH. If the price doesn't put you off, let us know what bike you're looking for headers for and I'll see if I can put you onto a source.

I'm seeing your pn, 4H7-14621-02-00 PIPE, EXHAUST 2, as being the only one of the 4 still available from Yamaha for that bike, for $100.54 (thru the online dealer I use, anyway.) None of my regular NOS sources is listing it.

You could watch eBay or try salvage yards as an alternative.
