    That bent shock is a deal breaker. No way that got bent and there isn't major damage to the frame and/or swing arm.

    7k and at least another 3k to get it back to good condition that if like Micarl said there isn't anything else bad wrong. I would even want to know how much they want for the frame rail they state it needs.
