they need to be 500 X 500 megapixels i go to a sight that is free and resized them quick here is the link http://www.shrinkpictures.com/ just go down the page
1 Choose Picture or Photo to Shrink
2 Select New Maximum Image dimension
(right here click on custom and type in 500)
3 Apply an image Special effect (Optional)
    (Dont click on any here)
4 Set resized image quality (jpg compression)
    (click on best)
5 CLICK RESIZE * be patient if original picture is large

and there you go save the pic in a folder named resized pics for xj group thats what i have done works out just fine hope this helps

Another idea is to use a 3rd party application...
go to Photo bucket (i think its Photobucket.com - but maybe google it incase). Upload the photo to their system, and then from there it gives the option to copy the IMG html tag. Once you have it copied you can paste it anywhere in these forums and it should show up fine.

Lemme know if ya need mroe help and ill get into more detail

If you like, PM me and I'll give you my email address. You can send me your pics and I'll resize them and send them back to you. Easy as pie.
