I got the story how it was stored safe and dry when what he meant to say was wet and uncovered.

What I have now is a back wheel that wont turn, a tranny that wont change gears or go to nuetral.

    Any suggestions?

I think Fitz has a post about clutch adjustments and clutch memory. I believe the tendency is for the clutches to get a 'memory' if they sit too long. So, the plates may be stuck together, but even if you unstick them there may still be more work to do.

Hopefully Fitz will respond with his knowledge on the clutches. Try a search on clutch adjustments and you should find what Fitz has written on this as well as others.
