Hi folks. I am in Perth Australia and I have a 1985 XJ 900. I think you guys call them Secas but I don't think that name was used here!

I've had it for 6 years and ride it to work and back (50 kms per day). It can be a mongrel to start but it always does eventually, it runs beautifully and is a dream to ride!

Thanks for the site. Given the advanced age of the old beast, I might need your assistance in the not too far distant future!!

Welcome to the wonderful world of the XJ's.

They are truly a world class bike.

As evidenced by the readers and posters from around the world.

David, update your signature with your location and your bike.

You will definetly find other Aussies on the site, and probably even some from Perth.

Hmmm, I wonder if we should arrange for a ride down in the outback. Get a slow boat to take our bikes, and our selves and then head down under. Then we could go from there to Kiwi-land and slowly progress around the world.

Now, THAT"S what I am talking about.
