I need to know a proper way to remove the front break
System. How to remove the lower headlight. Also the cable from the front break lever to the mastercylinder has a gash in it and I need to replace it.

    Thanks guys
    Josh

Josh, that is quite a bit of detail that my writing skill just cannot provide for under two paragraphs (about all I'm willing to dedicate I'm afraid). Please spring for a manual (Haynes are inexpensive, usually under $20) and get the advantage of pictures!
Sorry to hear the cable is violated. Contact our resident parts guru Chacal for a new cable and a book... he is VERY reasonably priced and ships fast.

i ordered a manual through themotorbookstore.com but they are out of stock and i am currently on a waiting list. ive been waiting for about a month now and they charged me the day i ordered it and sent me an email saying they do not know when they will have my order ready.

i am just tinkering around with it today because its my day off and i got tired of waiting for a service manual.

will headlight buckets and mounting brackets from other xj year and sizes fit on my 83 750?

Yes, you can use just about everything between 82-84. What model is your 750?

Work, while you wait for your manual do a search here for manuals.
There are numerous sites with manuals in PDF form you can download free.
They have been mentioned here several times.

Contact that store and tell them to cancel the order and refund your money immediately. If they balk, call your CC company and dispute the charge stating fraud.

Go to this link and pick where you want to buy it from someone who actually has it IN STOCK and will ship immediately for less than the other place:
