Hi everyone, glad to have finally found a site for us XJ owners. I have owned mine for 3 years now. I bought it from a salvage yard, it was wrecked, heavy front end damage. I found all the pieces and put her all back together again myself. It was fun and I tell you what I really enjoy this bike. I am in my late 20's.. creeping on thirty..haha. I wanted a bike for many years and this one just happened to fit me greatly. It has 4723 miles on it original, I have put on about 500 miles of those. It's great, I really enjoy the ride and am happy to have finally found a group to fit into. Look forward to many post and maybe some rides with everyone, take care....

Welcome. What flavor of XJ do you have? Seca? Maxim? 650? 750? etc?

    Welcome,

I hope none of us ever needs your expertise in rebuilding a heavily damaged front end! (unless of course it comes from a salvage yard like yours).
