Terrible !!! Motorcyclecloseouts.com

A week ago I ordered a pair of pants from Motorcyclecloseouts.com out of Kansas City Mo. I chose economy shipping for $8.99 which they say takes 4-8 business days. Since I ordered last Monday (4-20) they said that day didn't count since that was the day I ordered. They also said Tuesday (4-21_ didn't count either because is considered by them a "processing" day.

Ok, that sounds sort of fishy but I'll live with that. It is now Monday (4-27) and I still have yet to receive any email telling me they have shipped my order. I contacted them last Friday (4-24) and asked them when they would be shipping my order (this is when I was told about the "processing day")and they could NOT tell me when it would ship. I told them "Hey I understand I chose the economy shipping, but you said Tuesday was the processing day, so now since it is processed, when is it going to ship and they still couldn't or wouldn't tell me. All they would tell me is that my package would arrive in the alotted amount of time they had quoted on their website. So here I am, still waiting to even find out when the damn package is going to ship.

The reason I chose this dealer in the first place was they had a better price on the pair of pants I wanted but if you chose anything other than the economy shipping it would have wiped out any money I was going to save. In hindsight, I should have ordered these pants from Motorcycle Superstore as I had originally thought instead of trying to save a few bucks. Any MCSS has free shipping on orders over $75 come to find out.

So,while this Motorcyclecloseouts.com might be thinly playing by their own concocted rules, I would warn everyone against using them as their customer service and communication is TERRIBLE !!!! :evil:

Called them again on Wed....they STILL had no answer as to when my pants were going to 1) arrive at their location nor 2) when they were going to ship them ! I went ahead and canceled my order.

10 minutes later, I ordered the pants at the same price from NewEnough.com and within a few hours sent me an email telling me when the pants would ship and when they should arrive at my house. That's the way a business is supposed to be run!
