Anyone around DFW airport want to get a ride together?

Just checking to see if there is any interest in trying to get a ride together that starts in Grapevine. I'm thinking of meeting up at Grapevine Mills by Bass Pro and going from there.

I was thinking about meeting around 10am and riding up to 1 hour out, have lunch, and ride back.

I'm always up for a ride when you guys find the time. I usually ride with a group from Grapevine Kawasaki once a month anyway since i live on the north side of FW.

 

Looks like their next one is in June.

Nice ride today and got to meet fellow XJ'er MGM. Weather was perfect. I little cloudy and threatening rain, but it held off. Let me know if others are interested for the next time we get one together.

Chacal sent me a new fuel level sensor, and it worked like a charm. While a gauge would be nice, at least I have some indication that I should consider finding a gas station. At least now I have a better way to estimate range to empty.

The last tidbit is that I know now I can get in the 40 mpg neighborhood while cruising at highway speeds. I was getting more like 30 mpg around town playing, so at least I know the impact of running it just a bit.
