Ok, how does one get into a female bullet connector to clean corrosion off of it? Doing the male part is easy, but the female part is so small, I can't find anything that will get in there, and actually marr the surface enough to take corrosion off! I'd prefer something of a brass nature, as I've found they do the best job at removing corrosion from metals.

I use a small wire brush in the Dremel to clean contacts. You can get long skinny brushes that will go in some of the holes but if the hole is too small about all you can do is spray WD-40 in it and push the connector together and pull it apart a few times to clean it.

I roll up some 400 grit sand paper very tightly. Whne my Dremel was working I used a small #4 round bur at slow speed so as not to loosen the fit.

I use a Pasche Air Eraser. It is a mini sandblaster that can clean the smallest of spots and holes. About $60 USD.

I use a bore brush too.
I use a .22 though. The .17's are still a little hard to find.
