torque, if you remove your mc cap & look at the bottom you will see 2 holes 1 large & 1 about the size of a straight pen, very small. If that small hole is plugged it won't release the caliper. You can test with lid off & pulll in your brake lever. It it is plugged you won't have any fluid returning to the reservoir. If it is not plugged you will have a small geyser. Put a towel close to res so you don't get brake fluid on your paint. Give this a try & let us know what you find. Had this same problem on my 650.

Did you check and make sure the piston is moving in the caliper that will cause the brake to stick if it is gummed up.

saw the pen hole were the mc resivore goes in to it cleaned it inside and out new fluid . now there was a lil split in the ruber cap seal looks like a boot under cap bul looked good on sides to seal and keep dirt out . i cant even pull the brake back on it unless i open bleed screw then sprays fluid . brakes are locked down cant move wheel

Did you get the little geyser from the small hole? If you didn't, either the hole is still plugged or you have something messed up in the caliper. I know you said you cleaned the caliper but did you pull the piston out & clean all the opeinings/grooves etc. when you did this? It seems you have something stuck (caliper piston) or something blocking the return to res.

Sprays fluid out of the bleed or out of the little hole in the MC?

Pull the MC and rebuild it/clean it throughly. There are two more seals and a spring inside plus the boot outside. If you had yellow scummy looking stuff in the MC it may be elsewhere and need to completely exchange the fluid...

Can't help you with the anti-dive, my 650 was not so blessed. I have seen others on here post about anti-dive so someone will chime in & give you some help on those. Just a tip, some times you need to bump your thread a couple of times before you get the person with the knowledge on the site.
