    O.k this is really getting to me..with this battery light i can't seems to get it off?? What do i need to do? I tryed putting that wire back into the battery but didn't turn off..

    Do you have a probe attached and inserted into the battery cell?
    Which cell? One Next to the Neg ?

    Clean the sensor with fine abrasive paper & wash with copious amounts of clean water, dry off & re-fit, it is important that the sensor is in the forth cell from the negative terminal.

    I thought I'd heard/read somewhere that those sensors need to be replaced from time to time due to sitting in acid. Does that ring any bells with anyone?
