Were can I get throttle shaft seals for 82 750?

    Can anyone tell me where I can get throttle shaft seals for a 82 750 xj? The Yamaha dealer does not show anything on these parts,the bike idles at4000-5000 rpm,I'm replacing the carb boots also as they are all cracked up. The bike has 52,000 miles on it,so I would think they would need to be replaced.The throttle valves go clunk so it is not the high idle problem.

    XJ4ever A.K.A. Chacal, send him a PM. he has them... he has almost everything. 1st thing you should learn on this site is if you need a part don't bother going to a dealer or some bike shop for it. Go right to chacal first every time.

    You can say that again fast shipping and the seals are 1/2 what you would pay from a dealer if you find a dealer that can get them.

    Do you have any idea on the price of these? Who is Chacal?I 'm new to this site and read his name alot on here? Is he the go to guy? Thanks for the help.

    He is the go to guy. Just PM him. He responds fast. Look under supporting vendors at the top of the forum listing and you will see his catalog. A bit difficult to search but it's there.

    But just PM him had tell him what you need and he will send a quote.
