Well im not sure how most of you will take it.. We really get hated on alot for what we do on other threads and by other bikers that come across us... That being said i still would like to share What we do... This is a group of people i ride with almost every weekend all or working hard to get this sport going and get rid of the name that people who ride the streets give us! We all keep it in the lot and off the streets and most of us always have full gear and try to get everyone else to also! let me know what you think :) I take all the pictures so i dont really have any of me lol

I lied i found one of me on my 50 Lol cant find any of me on the 636

As long as its not on the street its all good, pretty damned impressive in fact.
How many bones do you break before you get good at it? or is it you stop doing it when you start breaking bones!

Anything that improves bike handling skills, in a safe private area, should be applauded, however, I prefer to keep the rubber on the road.

Anyone who quits from geting hurt does not do it for the love of riding... I have broken my navicular bone torn and torn all the ligaments, and tendons in my wrist from a fliped stoppie... and have also broken ribs a few times doing diff things... And i still enjoy it Lol If everyone quit what they do everytime something went wrong... You would never have anything to do Lol :)

And to wizard to each his own i know plenty of people that i ride with that are the same way its all up to them but stunting is a blast and i am glad you dont trash it just because its not something you do!

I have always been impressed by those with that level of riding skill. As Wiz says as long as it is kept off the streets. On the streets it puts others in danger if something goes wrong. It's not for me for sure but to each his own.

Having just cracked some ribs in a minor fall I can't imagine doing it several times but it has not changed my mind about riding.

It's impressive, to be sure, but I too prefer both tires on the ground. Gravity being what it is, did the guy in that last picture take a tumble?

Replacing parts can get mighty expensive, and I imagine slamming into the ground repeatedly does take it's toll on brake levers and the other assorted sundry of parts.

Kudos on wearing all the proper gear! And +1 to your attempts at getting people to appreciate the sport of stunt riding.

No he did not take a fall Lol Thats a 180 stoppie (What i broke my wrist trying...) Its pretty cool and its always right on the edge of fliping when you do it.. yes replacement parts does start to suck but we have cages and reinforce everything so it does not happen the cage does its part in keeping levers off the ground most of the time.. and the Clip ons hit before levers the other tiems (sucks bending the clip ons more then anything) We cut the levers short for that exact reason.. The worst thing is breaking rear sets... But you can also cut them short and it cuts down on that alot

No its a bone in your hand also... Its really called the Scaphoid but also called navicular bone.. Lol its the bone that your thumb connects too.. and i will try to get some more pics of things we change... But will give you a quick list if it helps at all... Diff bikes need diff things but let me give you the general idea..

    Cage
    Sprockets
    Handbrake
    Ez-pull clutch lever
Shorty levers that we also cut back
Kleen air mod... (Keeps the motor from hydro locking while up on one wheel)
New rear sets... Or cut back the stock ones (Keeps them from hiting the ground when you cut them back cause your cage will hit first... If you buy aftermarket they are just really strong so they only bend and you can bend back most of the time)
Support brackets for radiators (Not everyone does this... But i hate my radiator tabs breaking so i do)
Flip your clip ons or use Dirtbike bars... Gives up more of a up right position for more control and mobility..
    stabilizer (SP?)
    Shorty exhaust
Reinforced Subframes on some bikes... Gxsr, 05-06 636's, R6's.. All have shity subframes...
Sub cages... Stock passenger brackets flex and will break off.. The sub cage is a all steel replacement thats reinforced and also serves as a cage keep the Tail off the ground and help keep the bike from rolling over..

I am sure there is more this is just what i could think of lol

WOW, and I thought being able to pop and hold willies was good enough. I definetly dig the skill it takes to do these stunts. I myself don't do stunts like that specially on my bike, nor like to see when people do them on the streets. I've seen people do stoppies but still rolling ( i don't know what does are called) on I95 at over 70 MPH. and also seen some doing those stunts while grabing onto the back of a 53' container while only on the front wheel. Stay safe and please do dress for the ride and not for the weather.

Most of us start are stoppies in the lot around 70 if the lot permits... And roll anyways from 100-400 feet... Me i can hardly roll at all Lol but they kinda scare me cause i really messed up my wrist flipping one last year...

It is a skill and it is impressive, but everytime I see one of these street fleas doing this stuff down the road, it really ticks me off. I was on a ride last weekend and three bikes were behind me on a backroad and there were a line of cars in front of me doing around 50 MPH in a 55. Blind curve coming up ahead and the three street bikes decided to cut the other lane and pass me and group of five or six cars. They made it, but my guess is that they missed the oncoming car coming from the blind spot by 50 yards. Unfortunately most stunters take way too many unneeded risks going down the road and others even if they're not doing stunts are riding like idiots in terms of speed, thus giving anyone who rides crotch rockets a bad name.

Love to see this kind of stuff in a controlled environment though and respect to you for keeping it that way. That's some awesome stuff. :)

T/C do you have a bigger version of that last one? That's pretty awesome, would love to have a wallpaper-sized one to add to the rotation :D The reflection is just awesome.
