How hard is it to reinsert piston after disassembly. I lubed it up with fluid before I tried to reinsert....I dont want to force anything. Any tips?

Put a Big Socket with a 25-Cent Piece taped-over the little square ... right inside the Caliper Piston.

Put some Duct Tape over the Outside of the Caliper so it don't get scratched.

Use a C-clamp to apply steady pressure to the Socket.
    Lube it with fresh fluid.
Keep the Piston "Squared-up" on all axises.
    Tighten the C-clamp

Be sure the Bleeder is OPEN so the Piston wont compress air.

Using some special brake grease (ATE) will definately help. Normally it should be a hand press fit with an open bleeder screw!
