    I plan to buy new tank and fork emblems from chacal, but I cant seem to find any side cover emblems. Anyone out there have some they would part with?

    PS, great parts and service from chacal on stuff I got from him so far!!!!!

    I have side covers with great condition Maxim I emblems. Let me know.

    Its a 1980 650 Maxim, garden variety,not the midnight special. I live in Phoenix and have been to the junk yard here to no avail.

    No problem, Im in no hurry. Im just happy to have the thing back on the road. I dont think its seen the open road for about 10 years. I love resurrectinig old iron!
