Quick Intro

    Hi everyone, just thought i would introduce myself, my name is John.
    As you can see by my user name I am a "RookieRider" and I am hooked...
    I have a learner's liscence which means I must have an experienced biker tag along to "show me the ropes" and that sucks....

    So for my first bike I got myself an 82 XS400J and it is stock with +-35k on it.
    Paid 500 for it and it runs pretty good but i have a few minor issues but before I start posting questions I will read up first to see if anything as been covered so far.

    I came upon this site when "googleing" for info for my bike.
    I can't beleive the amount of knowledge that gets shared here.
