My question too. Nothing grounds at the fuse box.

If you mean a common hot it's not ok. They are individually switched.

ah, they are individually switched. So something like THIS will not work. I need one like with individual terminals...

That style (the Bussman box) will work, but you'll need to add a relay in-between the battery and the box that is triggered by the ignition switch brown wire......the relay will then engage and "turn on" the fusebox.

The hot lead going to ignition switch (big red wire) would need to be fuse-protected.

I wouldn't suggest doing any "Re-Engineering" to the Fuse Block.

A Simple 4 or 6 Terminal Fuse Panel is all you really need.
Don't get involved with Circuit Breakers or Blocks requiring "Grounding"

Where possible ... abide by the "K.I.S.S. Rule"
    Keep it simple; stupid!

A GOOD Fuse Panel replacement goes a long way toward keeping the Bike running without problems.

Can someone suggest a good fuse panel replacement for an '82 XJ750? I lost all electrical, and have power from battery to main fuse but nothing on bike side of fuse panel.
