well it has been a bumpy ride but today it was time to say goodbye to my first XJ, I sold her to a very nice man who I'm sure will take very good care of her and lives out of town so I don't have to see her on the road every day!!

although it will be a very long time before I buy another bike that doesn't run I will be looking for something over the winter so I can be riding again in the spring, another xj could be in the stars but it will have to be bigger and probably a seca if I go down that road again.

I gave the buyer my manual and told him in detail what I have done to this bike and what still needs to be addressed and told him of this site, hopefully he will sign up soon.

I will check in every so offten to see whats new and drop you a line when I buy a new bike

I wish everyone here the very best and thank you for all your help, this site has been one of the best parts of buying this bike and a major part in bringing another dead XJ back to life

    Thanks again for everything
    Shaun

Shaun, She is beautiful. I'm sure she will be missed. We will pray for a speedy replacement to fill this void and that your new girl will be everything the past one was and more (and not neccesarrily more work).

    So, off to another adventure.

ya I really wanted a sport bike anyway, the big reason I sold the max is because it will never be what I want, I really would have liked to find a decent 750 seca but there is just nothing around here right now, I think I'll be happy with this Suzuki I bought tho it even kind of looks like a seca!!
