1982 XJ1100J for Sale NEW PRICE

    Looking to sell my XJ1100J Maxim. The bike it self has 109,000 on it the motor considerably less. low to mid 30,000. It is starting to pop out of first gear. Need to pull the carbs apart to clean out. It could be a good parts bike, or a fixer upper. I will take a few pics in the morning.
    The bike is located in Mid Michigan and I will consider any reasonable offer.
    Asking $450.00

    I am asking $450.00 for the bike. I don't think I would be interested in a trade unless you have a 1972 XS2 650 I'll get some pics posted in a little while.

    What kind of luggage rack is it, looks like a KG? How clean if the gas tank and how is the paint on the tank and the side covers. Are the exhaust in good shape?     The rack is a KG. I am keeping the truck for my xs2-650 The tank, paint, side covers, exhaust, are 25 years old with all the usual scratches and dings. The exhaust is banged up a bit because I took it off the wrecked bike. It was in better shape then the original exhaust. The fairing is black like the rest of the bike. It has seen better days. It has been patched and stitched together in several places. I have several spare parts including a brand new set of barnett clutch plates, a spare set of lowers for the fairing. I'll even throw in the handy tool my brother made me for changing out the clutch plates. It does have a brand new battery, and fair rubber. PM me if you are interested.
