    My front end is "bouncy".
About every 30ft or so the front end will have a little up & down bounce to it. Nothing drastic but you can feel it.
Also if you let go of the handlebars it will start doing a tank slapper on you.
Holding the bars it feels fine, even with one hand.
Could this be the front springs, wheel out of balance, or maybe more air in my front shocks?

get the front wheel off the ground, (center stand, someone on the passenger seat) move the bars slowly back and forth past center if you feel a bump at center or the bars want to self center your steering stem bearings are shot
then grab the front tire, pull push and try to notice any play
if theres play maybe you can tighten it out, then check it on center again
