I have a 1983 XJ750 Maxim that I am wanting to sell. It's been a nice learning experience for me but I have another project to start and this one has to go. It has a new seat, new rear tire and battery. Also I had the rear brakes replaced with the tire. Replaced the exhaust system. The carbs have been completely overhauled, 2 coils replaced, new petcock, replaced the seat and essentially de-rednecked it to the best of my abilities. It does need front forks, which I have but have not yet replaced. The right fork is slightly bent. This is not damage I caused, I bought it this way. Starts right up, runs like a champ.
Photos of it are in my gallery. I'd like to get $1000 out of it but I'd be open to REASONABLE offers, I have put a lot into this bike to get it where it is now.

    A significant other talking you OUT of selling a bike;now that's a twist ! She's definitely a keeper,and I wouldn't be looking to get divorced soon,either .
