Every time I logon to XJ Bikes and almost every time I change pages I get the following warning pop-up:

set the security at medium. like for browsing and everything. go to internet and email controls. go to "protection against web threats". go to settings. Move the secuity level to medium. Also you can go to "approved web sited" right under where you adjust security level" and add www.xjbikes.com

Likely a spyware infestation of some sort.

It's an ad site that's trying to come up, but it's not this site that's trying to load it. A brief google for the domain in question reveals that other people have had the same thing happen with other sites.

Get yourself a good spyware removal program, such as Ad-Aware, Spybot Search & Destroy, and/or MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. One of those should do the trick.

The same result was reported by other users. You should scan anyway. Just because the bugaboo isn't making a pest of itself right now doesn't mean it's gone away.
