What could be the cause of the bike shaking under me at around 60mph. Idk if it's one of those go faster and it will go away shakes or go faster and you're going to break your bike shakes. Its not a violent shake but it's not suddle

Don't go fast until: you check tire pressures, wheel bearings for play & stearing for play, have the wheels ballaced, if it still wobbles, sell it.

Is it shaking or buzzing at 60? My motor used to buzz at 4.5k-5k rpm, which is about 60 mph in 5th gear. Cured by carb sync, new plugs, new intake manifold boots, new header studs, and mid-grade gas. If it only does it at 60 mph regardless of engine speed do the above checks.

The question posed above needs to be answered to go further; does it shake or vibrate at that speed?

Is it engine vibration or chassis "feedback" of some sort you're asking about?

Ah nice. Was about to ask exactly what you answered. Engine vibrates like crazy at 4500. Good thing in France nobody travels at 60MPH, except maybe in a 50KMH (30MPH) zone.

    Carb sync on its way.
