    ISO grips, i am having issues with my hands going numb and ive read that these help a lot.

    Pretty much anything that will fit 7/8" handlebars will fit our bikes. Depending on the manufacturer and actual product, you may have to slice off some of the external ribs molded on the throttle barrel.
    Beyond that there should be no other concerns.
