I'm relatively new here, Looks like a great site for info on my 85 FJ600, which I've grown quite fond of. I've gotten the bike into pretty good running condition now after a bit of work, all the neglected major maint. items and fixing some things the previous owners repairs had messed up a bit. The carbs had been taken apart and jets were mixed up, got those back to the specs from my manual and one of the pilot jet screw's threads are burred and am looking for a replacement if anyone knows where I could find one, I have'nt had much luck with the usual sources.

SKU: 4G0-14142-35-A0 Is the part number of the pilot jet.
If Len hasn't got them http://www.partforyamaha.com/ have $16 each.

They have genuine Yamaha parts lists - thats what I use to identify parts. I am currently repairing an XJ600 - the UK name of the FJ.

    And welcome.

Thanks for the advice, I'll give him a try. For some reason this part is'nt shown on the Yamaha parts diagram for this bike, stopped by my local dealer and he noticed the same and did'nt have any other ideas.
