Intakes are available on ebay for $100. This is from a regular seller who supplies new ones. Used would vary in price and condition but would be less. Carb kits are available from many suppliers such as motorcyclecarbs.com , partsnmore.com , crc2onlinecatalog.com/ and oldbikebarn.com. Most come with a bowl gasket, needle valve and seat, an oring which doesn't fit the hitachi carbs and a mixture screw plug. In reality all that is needed in the kit are the needle valves and sometimes the bowl gasket. Needle valves can be purchased from partsnmore.com for about $5 apiece. The valve seat in the carb can be cleaned in carb dip and reused. light scratching can be polished out with a wooden golf tee.
Jets are not furnished because they don't wear out. Just clean them and the other brass parts in carb dip and they are as good as new. Must be noted that the screen on the float seats must be removed since the carb dip will eat them up. Check the links section for some carb cleaning help in the DIY links.
