OK my #4 plug seems to be leaking gas after about an 30minute ride.
I have used my colortune to get everything right but seems to be running lean according to color of the plugs.
Also she rumbles probably to much on lose of throttle or down shifting. (really cool sounding)
Should I colortune at idle or higher RPM.
Have never used a colortune before and thought It should be done at idle.
My gas mileage is great getting almost 50mpg.
My thought is to tweak the pilot screws in and see if that changes the sound / gas leaking.
It is not allot just enough to get the area damp and you can smell it after putting back in garage.
    Any ideas ?
    Thanks
    Brian

I don't follow? Are you saying that gas comes out around the plug's threads in the head or the carb's drain plug is leaking?

Seems to be leaking around the threads.Nowhere near the carbs this is all by the plug.

I find this description very hard to understand.

Take a moment to re-write what you are trying to tell us and include a photograph or two that illustrates what is happening.

    Rick,
I have cleaned it up from my ride yesterday so no pictures.
I seem to be leaking what I believe to be gas from the #4 spark plug.
The bike is running great and is getting great gas milage.
I can't explain why its leaking because if you pull the plug it is dry and it is firing as it should.
It is not leaking a high amount I dont't think it even gets wet enough to hit my jeans when riding but don't want my paint on the engine to suffer.
Could this be a RTV fix as the threads could be loose ?
Not sure just talking out load.
    Thanks
    Brian

Sounds like the plug in not sealing even though it may feel
like it is all the way tight. compression is forcing the fuel passed
the plug seat just ahead of ignition.
Try a new plug or plug swap, post your results.

    I have changed plug #3 & 4.
If the leak follows than the plug, if it stays at #4 then I will back to square one.
I have evaluated the plugs and all four look to be burning good.
I also hope to compare spark between #3 & 4.
If the weather works I will try and get out this evening.

That's an awful funny spot for gasoline to "Leak" from.

If Gas was getting into the Cylinder in a quantity enough to be forced-out the Plug ... the Cylinder wouldn't fire and the Plug would be wet.

How do you know the fluid is gasoline?
Once the Plug is tight ... It's gas and fluid tight.

I am assuming it gas as the viscosity is similiar to water.
It does not seem to be oil but lets assume it is. I have watched my oil level very close and have not seen any drop.
Either way it doesnt add up.
I am missing something and it is bothering me.

In this case I must disagree with you Rick.
I had cross-threaded my #1 plug during a road trip
and had to get it as tight as I could to get her home.
The plug looked seated but it had a very small leak.
The bike ran fine, but the compression is still strong
enough to push unburnt fuel out before the plug fired.
I know it sounds odd but as it happed to me I can
    confirm its quite possible.

I would worry about a Plug being loose enough to allow gases and unburned fuel to escape to get blown right out of the Head before too very long.

    Update
WTF.....went for a short ride around 20miles and nothing.
No leaking from 3 or 4
The only thing I didn't do was get up to about 55 and cruise along for a while.
    Will continue to monitor.
