Finally got my bike wired and running, one problem...

    I can't cut it off lol. found out the hard way I had no kill switch. when I turn the key off she just keeps on humming and I had to choke it to death. sooooo

    will this kill the motor?

    never mind. i had the hot for the rectifier coming from the fuse box. that was the problem.

    Just for reference, where you have the kill switch, wouldn't have killed the bike while running. But it sure would have kept you from starting it :)

    If you had put that switch up top on the R/W wire it would have worked correctly by killing the power to the coils and TCI.
