XJ600S converted to XJ600N

    Hi trying to modify my 1995 xj600s to an xj600n, ie swap the fairing for headlight and clocks. (UK Diversion)
    Somebody else must have done this.
    Problem is connecting the bracket that holds the headlight and clocks to the forks. I've got the bracket and the light/clocks etc but there must be another part that attaches it all to the forks. Anybody know?

    That's great, thanks v much for that. That's one diagramme that's not in the Haynes manual.
    Lookin at it, it looks like a different top yoke, or the screw holes that take the top of the bracket are a separate part. Any thoughts?

    I had a look at the 600s diagram, both yokes are completely different, so I think you will have to get a complete set if you want to complete your mod. I dare say that you would be able to swap them out though and get the set up you are looking for.
