Welcome! For the manual, go to the sticky at the top of the forum and look at XJCD info.

Your bike has a fair amount of changes on the front end, but you can figure out the year by cross referencing the VIN and/or engine number.

    Hi Timothy
Welcome to the site. I don't have a download link for a manual but the guys on here are a great help so someone might have something for you.
I can suggest this link for info on your bike & how to identify it:
    http://xjbikes.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=14561.html

BTW: It's good to add location info to your profile so it shows up on your posts. You might find lots of people with XJs in your area.

Take care & good luck getting that beast on the road.

I saw that XJCD, and I plan on getting it but was looking to download it I didn't see that option.

as other update, I found a website which sold a download copy of the haynes workshop manual to me... I won't link it because you guys have stuff you sell that would be rude =]

Thank you for your welcomes I hope to visit this site often =D

Sorry LemonLime I was looking at another post just before I left my message on yours.
That's why I called you Timothy & suggested the location thing....ooops!

Hope you enjoy getting your XJ going. These bikes are great fun.
I've got my XJ900 in pieces at the moment & can't wait to get it registered again.

    Enjoy your ride!!
