Ok I checked my valve clearances and they are all running about 0.075 MM.
Do I need to change them :?:

You've got gauges that go to 1/1000th MM?????? Are you sure it's not 0.075" which is 0.19 MM?

    Intake clearance is 0.10 - 0.15 MM
    Exhaust clearance is 0.16 - 0.20 MM.

If your measurement is correct you're way tight.

It might help if we knew what bike.

If it's an aircooled XJ, then the answer is yes. Big time.

    Specs:

    Intake: 0.11-0.15mm
    Exhaust: 0.16-0.20mm

0.100MM, it does not even fit, to tight. It is a 1983 Maxim 750K. I am measuring 180 deg opposite the lobe on the cam and thats the measurement I get. And the intake and exhaust are about the same measurements.

    0.100 mm = .004"
    0.075 mm = .003"

    Intake cam spec is 0.11 - 0.15 (or .004" - .006")
    Exhaust cam spec is 0.16 - 0.20 (or .006" - .008")

So, depending on your exact measurement, some of your intake valve shims might be okay but your exhaust valve shims need to be adjusted.

Use a metric feeler if possible-- .004 is NOT .11mm, it's .1016mm. The "Imperial" (American) equivalent clearances are actually out of spec at the extremes. If you read .004" it's tight...

Fitz my measurements are approx 0.075 MM on ALL the valves a 0.105 MM gauge will no fit between the shim and the cam.

Then they are all tight, as you surmised.
