    i have been told this is quite a rare bike aprox 500 made
    its in cosmetically pretty good shape usual plastic lugs missing on air scoop's
    but engine is not as healthy think it has spun shells in bottom end.still runs but very badly.
    i have changed the title as have found that this is an 1983 bike not 82 as thought
    i think it still has mot not sure if i get enough queries will root out paper work have v5
    viewing is recommended so theres nothing to hide looking for approx 300 quid uk
    bike is in preston area lancashire
    or if enough enquires may split for parts but need enough parts to make above sort of money
    nearley new motad exhaust
    also brand new tyre un fitted which can be included for another twenty quid or seperatly first come first served

    If you don't mind, could you let us know what the engine number is on this bike (it's stamped into the flat machined pad just "behind" the clutch case cover, on the upper engine case).

    this a real weird one as i think the bike had a factory replacement lump at some time as onl has the model number but no engine number if that makes any sense only has 29r- stamped on engine no other numbers and the machining ridges are still plainly visible so has never had a number stamped in to casting but has a full frame number

    I have the same trouble (ie. missing engine number) with my 750E. I also need a battery side cover if any one knows where I can get one?
