I am looking for a good set of pictures so I can figure out the fuel line routing. Anyone have any idea where to get something that will show me all the fuel lines?

    Thanks

I have used my crystal ball and devined that they should go somewhere between the petcock and the carbs! 8O

Like cutlass said, we need to know what kind of bike it is.

*EDIT* If you look at the bottom of most peoples replies, posts etc. you'll see that we list our bike/s for easier ID.

A quick forum search brings up his one other post; that one said that he'd inherited a 750X. And, it pretty much asked the same question.

("old fat guy", eh? I resemble that remark...)

schmuckaholic, I did ask almost the same question. I got some help as well, someone was kind enough to describe some of the fuel line routing for me. Which helped, but I am asking here if there is someplace i can get some pics of this. I didnt take the bike apart so I really have no visual information to connect the description to the actual bike.
I appreciate any help yall can offer/

    Thanks

My fuel line goes up from somewhere between the rear of the centre carbs (I haven't got as far as where, but I'm assuming there's a nipple down there someplace) and then lays on top of the carbs and into the petcock.

Don't forget, there's nothing going into the carbs except pertrol from this line, and cold air, so there's nothing hot for the line to have problems with, so routing isn't really that important.. Someone managed to wrench the end off my fuel line so it was shorter than normal, still worked fine, so proves the point.

Ya on my 83 xj 750 there is a stem right in the middle of carbs 2 & 3 right above the idle mixture screw. And ya just as the gas tank is not pinching it will work fine.
