When I hit bumps on the highway (such as the sections of bridges that allow them to shrink and expand for summer winter) I get bounced out of my seat. Kinda scary leaving my seat when I'm traveling 65 miles an hour.

Does this mean I need to increase or decrease my dampening?

If you're set up too soft, you may be bottoming out, which could be throwing you. If you're too hard, the stiffness may be throwing you. Are you hitting the stops on the bumps?

I'm sure I'm not hitting the stops.

I don't weigh all that much.

You may need to soften it up a bit, or eat more pie.

I'm not certain that pie will solve my suspension woes. But its worth a shot

Its set on the second softest setting right now.

I just increased the dampening resistance to give that a try. Next time i ride

Might be time for some new shocks? If the originals have 32K on them they were toast about 26K ago...

Lift your weight with your legs a little before the bump if you can.
