    To start off
    Hello,
I've been busy/gone for a while and have found my way back, not that I posted that much before.

Over the summer I painted my bike following the directions on the XJcd. It was a lot of sanding, but came out well using rattle cans.

I don't have any close up pics, but here are some from rides. Oh, and Grandma is my bike, It was named that by some fellow riders, and I learned to accept it haha

Here are quite a few pics and a short video, I hope you enjoy them.

Not too bad for 60000 miles and original paint

Your grandma looks great and sounds like a proper motorbike.

I think I understand why your riding partners threw that nickname at your bike...because we gravitate toward feminine pronouns/names, and yours was a little older then the others in the group, right?

But might I suggest (strongly) that y'all come up with a new name? The reason is this - I don't ever want to hear you say...

"I was riding Grandma the other day..." or "I liked Sheila and Mary, but Grandma was my favorite" and especially not
    etc.

Just a thought. Excuse me while I poke out my mind's eye.
