Any recommendations for a brand, and vendor for a low cost front tire? Just running around town on my bike, so nothing fancy is necessary. The current tire is getting pretty severely weather checked. I need to replace it asap.

Also, what size in metric? it must still have an original tire on it its the old style of sizing 3.25 19 (54H). I found a conversion chart but it gives me three options, 90/90/19, 100/90/19, and 110/80/19 Which should I get?
