Okay, so I rebuilt the carbs and got everything running the bike runs great, even with pods. But I seem to have a problem that when I twist the throttle it seems to come down very slowly (when in Neutral). What where should I start to look into this problem at?

Make sure the throttle linkage isn't getting hung on something, or the throttle cable. Had the same issue, and it turned out the throttle linkage was getting stuck on "Something" never figured out what it was. I got annoyed and pulled the carbs, checked them out, then reinstalled. After that the idle would drop correctly.

Yeah that was the first thing I checked, since I did put new cables on the bike, but im 99% sure that is not the problem, thanks for the response though. Much appreciation.

repeat this ten times, "Carburetion synchronization" then throw in a few "vacuum leak's"

I was 99% sure too, I checked it 100 times. It wasn't until I remove the carbs and reinstalled that it fixed it. I am positive the linkage was stuck on something.

I think the only other thing that could cause the issue is an air leak? I'm sure one else will be along and can confirm that. I'm still a little new :p

Bench synch and vauum synch and idle ajustment. THen repeat skipping the bench synch the last ten or so times. Your linkage is hanging, your slides are hanging, you've got an air leak or your throttle blades are partly open. Maybe the best of all being some combination of the above.

Idle adustment is the little pilot screws one each carb in the front near the intake boots. Maybe covered by a little cap. You did remove those while doing your cleaning right?

Also make sure the choke linkage is allowing all the plungers back to the "off" position.

It might hang a bit if it's REAL rich but check everything else first.

Get the carbs synced or you are wasting your time guessing on other stuff.

Alright, I pulled them back off took them apart check them thoroughly and then Bench sync'd them, put them back on. And the problem still persists.

You really should do a vacuum gauge sync after you install the carbs (after doing the bench sync with the carbs off the engine). However, if you disconect the throttle cable from the carbs and move the linkage by hand, does the engine speed still hang? If so - issue with carbs or air leak (try spraying the manifolds with WD40 to see if engine revs change). If not - throttle linkage.
