Need You Help Again

    2 and 4 cilinder not fireing. What could be the problem. Got carb problem taking care of. Chaged plugs not wires or ignition coils yet.

    Check the coils. Read the one that works with a ohmeter and compare to the suspected bad one. Take reaings on the primary and secondary sides. You could also switch the primary wires fron one to another and see if the problem moves to 1 & 4. Possible issue with the TCI?

    You said 2 & 4. That means that the coils are ok. (#2 got spark from coil 2, #4 got spark from coil 1)
    Just to be shure: Pull the Plug Cap, Put-in a Spare Plug, Ground it to the Head, Crank and look for Spark. Try that on all 4 plugs.
    If thats OK you have to do the carburettors again on 2 and 4.
