When I got the bike both the Battery sensor and the Oil level sensor kept coming on {pesky flashing light} I followed Roberts diagram and bypassed the battery sensor worked like a charm. The oil sensor is still coming on and I want to bypass it also, Any ideas would be gratefully accepted.
    Thanks

Next oil change remove it and clean it out with some brake cleaner. There is a little float in there that gets sticky with sludge from the oil sump over time. I have to clean mine every couple of oil changes.

    Bypass the Oil Level Sensor???

    NOT a good idea.

Why don't you USE the Oil Level Sensor.
Put the Bike on the Center Stand and Top-off the Oil Level.
Let Oil drip into the Filler until the Bubble in the Oil Level Window just disappears.

Now, ... YOU got enough Oil in the Bike to make the Sensor happy, ... and ... will know if the Bike NEEDS a little Bit when the Red Light comes on.

That way, you don't Oil Starve the Plant and wind-up with a Spun Bearing because a Big-End needed some Oil and got too hot.

On an Engine that isn't considered really up-to-speed until you are closing-in on 5,000 rpm's ... losing Oil Pressure for as long as it would take you to say: "Dammitt" ... might be long enough for you to hear something knocking pretty loudly from within the Engine.

That knocking, ... won't be opportunity.
