HELP: Stupid carb question

    85 maxim 700 aircooled.
    Does anyone have a picture or a diagram as to the correct placement of the carb floats. Just opened mine up due to a recent accident to clean them and I swear the floats are upside down.

    If the twin Floats are ABOVE the Hinge Pivot ... their Upside Down.

    The twin Floats point DOWN and away from the Float Hinge Pivot.

    0__o <- Pivot = Wrong / Upside down. That figure inverted is correct.

    Would anyone know what the proper float hight should be. I am at work trying to get done before I get off and do not have my cd with me. Sorry.
