Are there any other ways to get the piston out. with one piston free there is no way to build enough pressure to push out the other piston. Is there any tools I can use to extract the other piston.

Put the piston back in with the old brake pads holding it from coming out and pump the other one out.

This happened to me when overhauling the calipers. What I did was put the loose piston back in and held it with the old brake pad, and a small G clamp. Then blew the other one out with compressed air.
