    My translator says:

AIs its venerable Yamaha XJ 650 finally
130,000 Kilometres on the clock had, vinegar from the Swabian Heubach the time for Joachim was ripe for a new bike. Again a Yamaha should be, but this time a FZR 1000. But divorced from his beloved XJ 650? This was unthinkable. So came for the greeted engineer only to restore them or to refine.
In view of the shiny result the he here
in PS you congratulate him, that he
    decided for the finishing.
"Inspired by the book, precious bikes selbstgebaut ',"
    where a motorcycle frame nickel-plating
described, I decided that the old
XJ tubular frame also a such galvanic
"High gloss coating to pay for", tells vinegar from the initial phase of its project.

Was completely dismantled the machine which unlock lackt framework and then trimmed with grinding skins and polishing machine to a shine. In electroplating the steel tube frame took a corrosion protective copper bath first, before the order of the high-gloss nickel layer. To protect the frame tubes from internal corrosion, the company flushed finally still thoroughly from the tube mill with oil.
The beautiful chassis eventually formed the basis for all kinds of sequence works like about the self build of a one-man Höckers Egli form or a sleek half-shell style Yamaha TRX 850. I polished the old Moto-ltalia footrests, which so far good work, only on high-gloss, then they looked like new, stresses Joachim vinegar the Swabian, how to build his noble bikes because cost-saving.

    Reasons he revised the
    Yamaha motor also not
    complete, but examined only
all offal with regard to their functionality, beamed with beads, spendierte a new gasket set, and finally a black paint job. "Together with the polished engine covers, it looks a very discreet and refined", the head of construction a mechanical engineering company.

Of course the schmalbrüstigen 18-inch wheels of the original XJ not more so right to the very sporty outfit wanted to fit the machine and so thought vinegar to compensation in the form of modern three-spoke wheels. "On the second hand parts market but partout no corresponding shaft rear wheel settled scrape up and accessories wheels were simply too expensive." So I relied on a Yamaha FZR 600 wheel set and a fitting adapter plate for the rear wheel for chain drive originally produced on the CNC machining centre ', explains vinegar the most difficult part of the restructuring action.

During this conversion he became also the braking - front like back - of FZR 600 and
    made appropriate brake callipers adapters.
Last but not least he left by a professional painting the beautiful piece finally - in line with the Yamaha service
Racing colours of yellow, white and black, as she once was Kenny Roberts in the 500cc World Championship. The
most beautiful moment for each Edelbiker is doubt without the if he works the first time fully zusammen-
can admire built. This was undoubtedly also with Joachim as vinegar. Also was not less beautiful
Surprise he had experienced smooth 8000 mark when adding its cost for the Yamaha fine bike
It only cost the fun - of course not counting the 280 private working hours. Because that worked
Hours recorded even Schwäbisch economical Edelbiker only under "Fun on the screws" and goes without
We know that even when real Edelbikern nothing.

Those transaltors get you close, but not close enough.

I believe the owner's last name is being mistaken for the word vinegar in german.

Great looking bike. Needs a right side mirror IMO.

Actually, the more I read the translation, the more I'm laughing. This is better than english instructions for asian made products.
