I got my caliper cleaned and repainted, got my new piston from Chacal, and lubed the inner seal with some brake fluid. I canNOT get that stupid piston back into the caliper to save my butt! Any ideas? I've gone over the channel inside the bore 3 times with a dremel wire brush, so it's not any residue in there...but this sucker will not go in. Am I doing something wrong? Is there some trick to it?

It's in now...but I'm a little concerned that it seemed tougher than it should be

there will be resistance if you put it in cricked. did it slid in smooth after about half way? also its easy to bend those seals back while putting the piston back in, be carefull
